Questions and answers

Straight answers before you commit.

Straight answers for program teams comparing case-management software, spreadsheets, and the binder in the intake office.

Fit

Is this a case-management system?

It covers the case-management jobs — intake, eligibility, enrollment, attendance, outcomes — with public application forms, a website, and fundraising built into the same system instead of a separate tool.

Participants & families

Do participants or families need accounts?

No. Applications, eligibility screening, enrollment, and updates all work through public forms and pages — nothing between a participant, or a family, and a completed form.

Eligibility & safeguarding

Can it screen for eligibility and staff safety?

Eligibility screening and staff or volunteer clearance tracking are part of the product today. Automatic gating that blocks a volunteer from contact until a background check clears is planned and not yet available — we say so plainly until it ships.

Funders

Can it produce the report our funder wants?

Outcome measures roll up from the same enrollment and attendance data into a funder-ready report — built from the program you actually ran, not reconstructed from a spreadsheet the week before it is due.

Pricing

What does it actually cost?

Free for your first 250 enrolled participants, then flat monthly plans: $79 through 1,000, $149 through 5,000, $249 through 15,000, custom above. People count only through a current or upcoming enrollment, regardless of their other roles. Users are unlimited, and paid plans include your first published website. Verified tax-exempt organizations on a paid plan pay 0% Simply360 platform fee on payments. Published plans, add-ons, service floors, and usage rates are on the pricing page; Custom work and additional prepaid AI packs are confirmed before purchase.

Support

Who builds and supports Simply Programs?

Simply Programs is built and supported by the Simply360 team on the Simply360 platform — the same people who do the data conversions and setup, not a reseller.

AI

Do we have to use the AI?

No — AI in Simply Programs is optional and off until you turn it on; the product is complete without it. If you try it, your staff approve anything it proposes and still take the conversations that matter with participants and families. The pricing page discloses published AI add-ons and the current usage policy; any additional prepaid AI pack price is shown before purchase. The Optional AI page explains how it works.

Compare

How does this compare to case-management platforms like Apricot?

Simply Programs brings intake, eligibility, enrollment, attendance, outcomes, and fundraising into one workflow, with a free plan and paid plans from $79 a month, unlimited staff, and a website included on paid plans.
